Laser Sight Centre is one of the leading providers of laser refractive procedures for the correction of eyes in Australasia.

Laser Sight Centre purchased a new strata office and asked CODA to organise Council and Strata body approvals for the design, construction and operation of their centre.

They had a detailed list of needs which covered five consultation rooms, two unique testing areas, pre and post operative patient areas, operating procedures room with HEPA filtration air, adjacent CSSD area, patient waiting, administrative, reception and call centre areas.

They also required staff facilities including change, kitchen and lunch rooms.

In addition to this the design had to incorporate the magnificent and restful views over the Parramatta River and ferry wharf.

Once the construction was completed, CODA was commissioned to undertake the move to the new site and ensure the facilities were ready to receive patients and commence operations within a very tight timeframe.
