Retaining the original warehouse features of this 1950’s inner-Sydney building was paramount to our design strategy. The high ceiling, exposed support beams and the polished floor boards are utilised to maximum effect, creating a bold and funky design statement.
The self supporting partition walls are angled to a site line to maximise the limited natural light throughout the entire workplace.
Individuality also played a vital role in our design plan. Incorporating a selection of vibrant paint colours set against a back drop of “Charcoal” workstation screens evokes a sense of liveliness and creativity within the office.
Through careful consultation, CODA has created a unique and well designed office, on time and on budget.
