The office suite in this 19….. Heritage Listed Building in the heart of Sydney’s CBD was in a sad state of disrepair. Damaged ceiling tiles, worn flooring and broken amenities necessitated a complete demolition and refurbishment before occupation by Matrix Planning Solutions.
Recently installed partitions and doors were removed prior to demolition and then reinstated in a new and improved configuration. Additional partitions were colour matched to the reinstated partitions for a consistency in style throughout the office.
The addition of a timber floor, a warmed coloured feature wall and down lights in the foyer has produced a welcoming and stylish reception.
Our “Turn-Key” process afforded our client the ease of dealing with one company for all their design, demolition and final construction needs. CODA provided the best option for achieving an outcome that was within budget and completed on time.
