I have had the pleasure of working with Jeff Grimshaw and his team from CODA Commercial Interiors during our recent relocation of the Family Medicine Research Centre from the Westmead Hospital campus, to the commercial tenancy in 16-18 Wentworth Street, Parramatta.

During this relocation we encountered many issues and variations, primarily from the tenant’s reluctance to move to the new facility and from them identifying extra needs to accommodate their practices. On all occasions Jeff was able to direct his team to meet our needs and completed the project on time. There were never any “hidden” or unexpected costs as Jeff and his team clearly communicated and quoted on the work to be done and stated a clear and achievable time frame to deliver the work.
